	2008 Winter Rates
	January 1, 2008 through March 1, 2008
	Weekly: $ 1,300 per week
	Check-in 4 PM, check-out 10 AM. Check-in and check-out time may be flexible depending on the house availability. No daily/nightly or monthly rentals available. Minimum rental period is one week (no exceptions are made to minimum rental period).

	2008 Spring Rates
	March 1, 2008 through May 18, 2008
	Weekly: $ 1,500 per week
	Check-in 4 PM, check-out 10 AM. Check-in and check-out time may be flexible depending on the house availability. No daily/nightly rentals available. Minimum rental period is one week. Saturday to Saturday rentals Minimum rental period is one week (no exceptions are made to minimum rental period).

	2008 Summer Rates
	May 18, 2008 through September 7, 2008
	Weekly: $ 1,800 per week
	Check-in 4 PM, check-out 10 AM. Check-in and check-out time may be flexible depending on the house availability. Saturday to Saturday rentals No daily/nightly rentals available. Minimum rental period is one week (no exceptions are made to minimum rental period).

	2008 Fall Rates
	September 7, 2008 through November 22, 2008
	Weekly: $ 1,400 per week
	Check-in 4 PM, check-out 10 AM. Check-in and check-out time may be flexible depending on the house availability. No daily/nightly rentals available. Minimum rental period is one week. Minimum rental period is one week (no exceptions are made to minimum rental period).

	9 % Florida Sales/Occupancy Tax applies (not included in above rates)
	$ 500 refundable security / damage deposit required to secure rental
	$ 100 departure cleaning fee required. Departure cleaning fee will be deducted from the security / damage deposit.

	We accept cash, travelers checks, money orders, cashiers checks; personal checks will be considered on an individual basis
